COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Patients of the Hearing Center,
Your providers at Eye Consultants of Atlanta are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak via the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Georgia Department of Health (DPH) and World Health Organization (WHO). The virus and protocols around it are changing quickly, and we are working to mitigate any impact on our patients, providers and staff.
We’ve decided to close our office until March 30th to protect our patients, staff and their families. Our country is facing a challenging situation that is continually changing. We will continue to monitor the CDC and WHO guidelines and update this plan as necessary.
While we are postponing all non-essential appointments, your Audiologists are available remotely if needed. We are monitoring our voicemails and emails closely. Please leave a message at 404-591-2950 and we will return your call, or send us an email at [email protected].
Hearing and communication are essential in a time of emergency. Our patients need to access news reports from television and the internet. In a time when people are practising social distancing, they need to be able to communicate virtually via phone and other virtual platforms with loved ones. Hearing plays a central role in many of these communications. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any hearing or hearing aid concerns.
NEED SUPPLIES?
If you are out of hearing aid supplies (batteries, domes, wax filters, etc.) and need these before we reopen, we are happy to ship these supplies to your home. Please leave us a voicemail or email us your order and we will contact you.
Please stay tuned for another email with updates regarding future

Over the past six years, the Hearing Center has grown thanks to the support of our community. It is absolutely heartbreaking for us to close our office. However, your overall health – not just your hearing health – has always been the very center of what we do. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we adapt to a “new normal.” We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Please stay safe, stay home and be healthy.

Sincerely,
Dr. Erin Rellinger & Dr. Katie Miller
