The Hearing Center has a new drop box available for hearing aid repair and service. Patients may utilize our secure drop box to leave hearing aids at their convenience for servicing or repair. This will minimize direct contact during COVID-19 and allow patients extended hour drop offs. The drop box is accessible from the main lobby and available to patients after regular clinic hours.
To access the box, turn left when you are facing the glass doors at the main entrance to The Gallery at Eye Consultants of Atlanta. Walk down the hallway past the restrooms and water fountain. If you continue down the hallway you will see a drop box on your right about 2/3 of the way down the hall recessed by a door. Next to the box are envelopes to label your hearing aids and a space to provide your contact information and a description of the problem you are experiencing or service you are requesting. We will service your devices and contact you when they are ready for pick up.
