We are here to help you hear!

We will continue to see patients for scheduled appointments via curbside drop off, telehealth, phone calls and limited office visits. We are operating with limited staff to promote social distancing and minimize contact, so please call ahead and schedule an appointment. For the safety of our patients and staff, we have made the decision to eliminate walk in appointments until further notice.
If you have an appointment scheduled and have questions or concerns, please give us a call at 404-591-2950.
We’d like to speak to you directly to best determine a safe and effective treatment plan for you. Please leave a message and one of our Audiologists will call you back or email us at [email protected].
As you know, we are in the midst of a pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus. As a healthcare facility, we have an obligation to serve our patients while at the same time do our best to limit the spread of this highly contagious disease.
We have already instituted additional policies to limit patient and staff exposure to COVID-19 including:

  1. Increasing our already rigorous cleaning and sanitization protocols.
  2. Our providers will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
  3. Using telehealth and curbside visits for all patients when possible. We are limiting audiology appointments seen in the office to services that cannot be performed curbside or via telehealth and are considered urgent in nature.
  4. Hand sanitizer is available throughout our clinic for patients and staff use, along with sinks for proper handwashing.
  5. Checking the temperature of each patient and staff member before they enter the building.
  6. Patients may not bring any visitors with them into our exam rooms, unless circumstances are pre-screened and deemed necessary for the patient’s treatment plan.
  7. Eliminating waiting room use. Our patients with scheduled appointments are asked to knock on our locked door to enter directly into an exam room that has been cleaned prior to their arrival. We will be changing our scheduling to reduce traffic and allow social distancing and proper cleaning between patients.
  8. Close monitoring of the health and well-being of our staff and providers, including frequent monitoring of temperatures.
  9. Continuing to follow the CDC and WHO guidelines.
  10. Continually updating our policies as the situation changes.

Please help us reduce your risk of infection by:

  1. Washing your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
  2. Avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  3. Avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
  4. Practising physical social distancing of 6 feet.
  5. Postponing your appointment if you have recently travelled on an airplane, domestic or international.
  6. Postponing your appointment if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms (per cdc.gov):
    • Fever
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Chills
    • Repeated shaking with chills
    • Muscle pain
    • Headache
    • Sore throat
    • New loss of taste or smell

If you develop emergency warning signs for COVID-19 get medical attention immediately. Emergency warning signs include*:

    • Trouble breathing
    • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
    • New confusion or inability to arouse
    • Bluish lips or face

*This list is not all-inclusive. Please consult your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning.
Thank you for helping us fight COVID-19 while still serving our patients hearing needs.
